• Classes are free of charge and places are limited to 20 participants.
• Please cancel using your personal cancellation link if you cannot attend, so someone on the waiting list can take your place.
• Take part at your own pace. If you have a health condition or are pregnant, please speak with your doctor first and tell Natalia before the class starts.
• Natalia may change or cancel a class; you will be contacted by email if that happens.
